In this class series, you will learn about how to managing project with an effective way, covering many aspects of the project, from how to identify risks, managing team, and the technical aspect of projects. Our mentor also will guide you to identify areas for improved efficiencies and tools for maximizing your projects.

This course will take you through a simple, well tried and well-tested project management approach to consider how projects could be managed and to ensure successful delivery of your projects.

Across three-session, our mentor will give you a thematic challenge which you can bring as a working portfolio
