Have you ever heard about “Industry 4.0”? It is the era where information is no longer a privacy, data is our currency, and automation is something we have to keep in mind.

Nowadays, innovations related to digital concepts such as the Internet of Things, Big Data, Cloud Computing, and digital manufacturing coexist with technologies. Their main goal is to make the productive industry more efficient through advanced production, robotics, automation, recycling and advanced material. This means, they will soon be replacing our job. Us, human.

We Need To Talk about this! So we invited four speakers with different backgrounds and experiences for the panel. As a Managing Director at one of the prominent branding house in Bandung, Alby Padmakusumah, along with Sutansyah Marahakim, from Kolaborasi, will talk about their entrepreneurial journey and the importance of a unique style of leadership to manage creative team, especially millennials.

On the other hand, an academic and creative professional, Tita Larasati will talk about the dynamics of talent development in formal education to support a rapidly changing industry. Then our final speaker, Seterhen Akbar (Saska), will share about his experience of establishing Labtek Indie, and his vision for the advancement of tech R&D in Indonesia. In addition, we will also learn the importance of the professional experience and hands-on practice in the digital industry to shape the digital future.
