Experience Design (XD) can help you to understand the current customer journey, develop the ideal customer journey, and create an action plan to make that happen.
In this class series, you will learn about how to use experience-centric design for better user or customer engagement. Our mentor will guide you to understanding methods and techniques in experience design, from human-centered design, research planning and observation, how to transforming insight into design, and experiment with methods to prototype products and services.
It’s all about understanding the value of delivering positive brand experiences with your user / customer across every touch point.
This course is suitable for anyone who design, develop and market products or services. This includes engineers, project managers, brand strategist, marketing specialist, designers, even hands-on executives who are involved with system design processes.
Across four-session, our mentor will give you a thematic challenge which you can bring as a working portfolio. So, we recommend you to take all the sessions.
