corporate training

The variety of expertise in the digital world has been growing along with technological developments as well as the development of the job complexity. Over the past few years, the Indika Foundation has committed to build a strong Indonesia and empower its potential generation in ways that reflect Indonesia's noble values. Indika Foundation believes in the importance of seeing possibilities of improvement for the future of Indonesia in the digital era.

Indika Foundation works to increase individuals and communities capacity in the form of training, seminars, and mentoring through knowledge and skill enhancement, character building, leadership development and training, individual, and community strengthening.

Journey on realizing the noble value

In 2020 and 2021, Indika Foundation promoted a grant opportunity to support communities, organizations and social entrepreneurs to help them resonating their value. lingkaranx was one of the participant to support Indika Foundation creating interaction spaces and strengthening the spirit of “gotong royong”. This collaboration aimed to upskill and produce a professional portfolio for learners.

As the freelance industry grew, this project specifically drove lingkaranx to optimize the grant by creating a scholarship program for potential freelancers. Through this program, lingkaran provided the widest possible opportunity for all applicants who want to add skills, learn something new or start freelancing. Despite the free courses, lingkaranx served the program without reducing the quality learning module experience with lingkaran learning management system (LMS) that helped participants to be able to study anytime, anywhere.

Providing best experience for better talents

Collaborated with 15 media partners, and 10 mentors, this project aimed to prepare the soft skills of 100 vocational school students to be ready when entering the professional world. Participants were equipped with training consisting of developing communication skills, presentations, personal branding, collaboration, creative thinking, and many more. Thus, at the end of the program, they can compete in the market. lingkaranx designed educational content that was distributed through digital platforms. Participants were also encouraged to directly practice the material obtained through doing the tasks given by the mentor.

In class sessions, participants not only learn but also build bonds and network with fellow students, as well as mentors through activities such as ice-breaking. lingkaranx and Indika Foundation collaborated to provide reliable courses for learners who wants to level up their skills and create a portfolio as a freelancer. This collaboration had held 3 batches with each batch consisting of 3 classes such as Copywriting, Social Media Management, and Graphic Design. Each participant was able to choose one class in each batch depending on their availability. Finally, the program has impacted more than 2.000 learners.
