Employee empowerment is a management philosophy that emphasizes the importance of giving employees the autonomy, resources, and support they need to act independently and take responsibility for their decisions. Sharina or “Sharing Internal Kita” aimed to support the empowering agenda in Telkomsel to resonate with the value and culture of Telkomsel employees (T-Flyers) who are diverse in backgrounds and division and to gain more perspective from the external points of view. In order to enhance Telkomsel team’s working performance, sharing sessions with respectable people and experts could help nurture talents.


Nurturing the future talents

lingkaranx as an expert facilitator to transform corporate culture proposed a series of inspiring session that is expected to enhance the working performance of the Telkomsel employees. The program consisted of real insights and engaging perspectives from inspiring profiles based on the theme of Passion, Career, Happiness at Work, and Digital Lifestyle. We invented different seminar formats, leaving out the traditional and conventional seminar formats behind, from classroom workshops to talkshow to maximize the experience of the participants.

Using online platforms in the journey has its own advantages and challenges at the same time, it creates flexibility for all the team, both lingkaranx and all Telkomsel teams across Indonesia to connect with each other while finding life and work purposes through all learnings.


Changes start from the Internal 

Sharina became a monthly routine and is expected to continue considering the impact it has given to the T-flyers. It is not only the session that gives a refreshing experience for the participant but also the session is a forum for networking during the coffee-break time. This networking session also maintains the attention of the participant to engage more during the session, both with the other participants and the speakers.

From 2017 up to 2022, from offline to online sessions, Sharina has transformed positive changes and inspired the majority of T-flyers. Involving more than 40 of experts representing various industries such as social media experts, data science, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, and contributing the employee empowerment in Telkomsel department related.

The project is firmly bound to lingkaranx as we served the unique and creative deliverables, responsive and great service with excellent communication and prominent attitude from lingkaranx’s team.
